Paid for 3 slabs of quartz countertop in May 2021. When ready to have it installed in early September, they did not have the slab material and could not give us a date to do the template or install. Had to halt project, immediately shop for new quartz elsewhere and find different fabricator/installer, causing project delays. Requested refund for the quartz slabs but took over 2 weeks, had to make multiple calls and received multiple lame excuses, no followup calls were made to us, just no action. Each time I called, was told "Check will be mailed out today" - which was a lie 3 times. At my request, they finally had very nice woman deliver check to our home - only to find out that Sarah had written it to the wrong name. Avoid this company - very unprofessional.

Two weeks ago I had an appointment with Bella Stone Garden Grove California they called me and said he was behind on schedule he will be there later he was with a client I agreed to reschedule for today November 23rd 2020 my appointment was at 11 an , nobody showed up I called the receptionist she said I didn't noticed they didn't show up let me call him she calls me back says he is with a customer itoo far away can he come at 3 pm .of course I cancelled not sure why you have his company as a recommended company I thought another Yelp that said the same thing I'm saying that they are not responsible very poor customer service and really really their attitude seemed like they didn't even care didn't apologize for wasting my time nothing no acknowledgement of any responsibility as I sat at home and wait and wait and waiting

We chose Silestone Pulsar quartz material, which looks a lot like natural marble. Sarah in the showroom arranged for us to go to the local Silestone warehouse to look at slabs of the material. We were expecting that the countertop would have to be pieced together around the sink because the countertop takes two 45 degree turns to follow the wall and windows. However, the installers decided that in spite of its complexity, the sink section could be made in one piece. Furthermore, the height of the countertop was irregular so the wood cabinet tops had to be modified to provide a level surface. Template measurement and installation went smoothly, and the resulting countertop looks amazing! We have the look of a high-end marble countertop without the maintenance!

We visited the Bella Stones showroom about 4 weeks before we expected their installation. Sarah was very helpful with selecting the appropriate countertop material, considering the floor tile and faucet hardware being used, discussing the various options for edge trim and backsplash, and finding us a remnant of material which saved about $400. The showroom has countertop sized pieces of material, which is very helpful. The websites are very useful in outlining the procedures involved, like you need to have the sinks and faucet hardware available for the person who comes to your home to define the final template for all of the holes and sink cutouts. Sarah was unusually responsive in returning phone messages the same day, after business hours several times. Installation took about 5 hours. The finished vanity is very nicely done, and the countertop coordinates with the floor tile very well. The whole process went smoothly, thanks largely to Sarah and her professional attitude.

It all went great. They were on time, always courteous, and we had no surprises.

The job went well with the exception of lack of communication between Bella's showroom manager, Sarah and her shop crew. Approx. a week after demo, I hadn't heard back from Sarah regarding the actual installation for the countertops. Apparently, she was out of the town leaving my job to fall through the cracks. I was also told that they hadn't ordered enough Quartz to complete my island countertop, so I had to head down to their shop/yard in Anaheim (approx. 30 miles from my house) to look at a piece of Quartz that was left over from another client. After coming out-of-pocket an additional $200 for extra material cost, my job was completed and installed 2 days later. Overall, I am completely satisfied and would use and/or recommend their services again!

Karim and his guys did an amazing job with the stone. They matched up the two slabs perfectly, and the seams are not noticeable at all. everything fit amazingly the first time, and when we decided we wanted a water filter added, he sent his guys out to cut the new hole for free! He even made us a cutting board with the unused material without us asking. We will be using Bella Stone again when we redo the bathrooms.

Ricardo our consultant was professional from start, understood what we were looking For the master and guest bathroom he suggested a pre-fabricated quartz countertop and the color he recommended was perfect. This saved me money $$$ as I was considering a granite slab. Ricardo kept the project kept on schedule. The day of the install, the team was a bit tardy, but completed the job to my satisfaction. The team was clean and did not leave a mess behind. The overall outcome exceeded my wife and I expectations. I would highly recommend Bella Stones.

I called over 20 fabricators, and Bella was the only one who was willing to sell Cambria quartz half slabs and large remnants. Full slabs of Cambria were back ordered for MONTHS, but Bella hunted down the 72" X 30" remnant we wanted and saved us a boat load of money. Installers were prompt and responsive to my requests. We LOVE our new countertop.

I like their price and their professionalism. The counter tops came out perfect. My husband was the one who actually deals with them.

Last email said they were going to go through their slabs but again 3 weeks and no return phone call. I am going to call today and find out what is up. Their original work was good however the reason it broke was because the seems on the edging came apart. My biggest issue is they are not getting back to me. I think because I am not a big job they just don't want to deal with me. I just need my kitchen fixed. Updated on 9/7/2013: Memo came out and glued the peices back together. He did an amazing job and you can't tell that it was ever broken. All though we had some trouble with comunication the job was great and very reasonable for the repair. I am very happy with the repair.

The service worked out really well. They were friendly and flexible with the work.
