He stayed long as it took and setup me up big time! I would recommend him and use him, again.

Excellent. He took the time and walked me through the system. Answered all of my questions. Made sure I understood everything before he left. Stayed until after 9:00 PM to mke sure the system was working properly and I understood it.

First of all, Mike was more than understanding and accommodating when it came to a missed delivery schedule on the TV (he actually said that deliveries were often missed when I scheduled, and was right on).  But eventually, when the set did arrive, he scheduled to install the next day - so we didn't have to suffer the "new toy with no batteries" for more than an evening.
He arrived on time (he gave us a one hour window - which was much better than the delivery window), and was both extremely well organized, efficient, and kept up a great conversation while he did the installation.  Watching him go through the install, I imagined spending a day (or two) if I had attempted to do the install myself - much less the selection of the mounting wall bracket (we went with his recommendation - a tilt model, which I now appreciate as being a really good idea to allow access to the back of the TV to make connections).  He very efficiently routed the cables in the wall - using the existing cable plate on one end to minimize the number of plates on a wall with too many wall plates on it in the first place.
He was very conscientious about picking up all the bags, ties, boxes associated with doing the install, and in general was very pleasant.

The service went well. I called him and he came out the same day. He cleaned up after himself when the job was complete. It took about an hour.

I had installed the television, I want to hang the television on the stone fireplace and we have a couple of people come looked at it and they didn't even think they can do it. The reason that I was really impressed is he took the time to go around the chimney; he put the equipment in the back bedroom so it's not concerned at all, and he did a great job.

Mike showed up when he was supposed to and evaluated the work to be completed. He gave me his quote, which was fair and preformed the work amiably. Nice guy. Saved me money on the Universal which I appreciated very much. It has been a little over a month and everything works great. Thanks Mike.

I called Mike this morning to ask for an estimate on moving our flat panel TV from one wall to another. Within a few hours, he was at my place (right on time) and making sure he could do the work within his estimated time frame. His work was the highest quality and he even gave me some great suggestions about including speaker wire for future speaker installation (which I will do through him as well). Mike is truly professional, knowledgeable, extremely organized, efficient and reasonably priced. My wife was very pleased with the cleanliness of his work area, he covered our carpet with moving blankets while he was working, Thanks Mike! I would highly recommend giving him a call.
