Countertop and Backsplash Service
I had purchased two pieces, so they were able to use the other piece. After they installed it, I paid them and then I checked the quality of work which was horrible. The seam wasn't lined up, none of the corners where even, nothing was straight, it wasn't flush on the wall and they damaged my walls and sink. I requested the manager come out to inspect, but they sent the installers instead. They had to rip out the granite and redo it. I had to go and approve the granite and when I got there it was a completely different piece of granite. They told me that they weren't doing business with the marble yard that the original piece was from. I said that was unacceptable and they finally got it from that yard. They also delayed the cabinet company. They said they were going to reimburse me and I would only have to pay for the granite. Then they called and went back on their word and said that the job was done and corrected and they were not giving me a credit.
