Description of Work: Steve Lomo, owner of Army Construction was very deligent in soliciting the contract to have our driveway and front walk replaced with pavers, slate, stack stone and new cement. Once the contract was signed and an initial deposit was made, we were required to pay all sub contractors and suppliers used by Steve Lomo. Steve did not disclose the need to pay all sub contractors until after our contract had been signed. . Steve would ask for money daily to purchase " muratic acid ,cement " and small work items. The demolition service he hired: "Jose Luis Medel" , Concrete demolition, were reminded and showed at least 10 times where the TIme Warner Cable ran, and they severed both our computer line and the neighbor's. The lines were exactly where they were told they were. Steve and his crew would show up for work around 10 am, Our week job, ended up taking a month. Steve didnot do all the work that was agreed upon on the signed contract. A sprinkler pipe was severed in the work process. When Steve was called to fix the pipe, he would hang up on my husband. Steve's famous line is " I will be there on Saturday." Saturday would come and go with no Steve.
