Very professional, good job. Very helpful on the phone, they answered all my questions and provided me with information I didn't know to ask. They arrived promptly, bringing their own booties! All contractors need to do that. They were careful with their equipment, mindful of my floors and property, brought their own towels, and did a good job on the windows. The windows are still curing, so I will reserve final judgment, but I'm assured that they will fix any problems should they arise. They are very responsive, and I love the laminates. One of the best home security tools! I would recommend Ace Security Laminates, Orange County, to everyone. Note that the Fullerton location is the only one in Southern Calif, so if you're in L.A., give them a call.

This was my first experience with this type of work. I had never even heard of security laminates for windows until I began researching alternatives to window bars. This company had a very informative website; they responded immediately to my telephone inquiry with an email letting me know my pricing/product options, and possible install dates. I asked to see samples of the material, and asked them to send someone out to confirm costs and install procedures (not an easy thing as I live 50 miles from their office in Orange County.) But this wasn't a problem, they showed up on time with samples and were ready to install then and there. We had a slight hiccup during installation as one window they were working on broke during the cleaning process. But they immediately contacted a window installer and payed for the repair. They came back the next morning (per my request) and finished the installation. They were extremely apologetic an d embarrassed--even sending me an email that evening to apologies again and confirm that they would return as scheduled to complete the process. Overall they were extremely professional, clean (they even wore shoe booties), and fast. Aside from a couple of scraps of debris around the work area they were perfect. I am extremely happy with the results and am glad to recommend them to friends and family. Its not cheap but its an attractive alternative to window bars.
