The experience was awful, when we got to his place of work, it was his home, and he was drinking alcohol while doing his work, he was friendly enough, but he had one eye on the football game, and the other on his drinking and who knows where we came in.  He measured incorrectly,  twice, and than started to measure a 3rd time, and I said to him your measuring across a large table, and he said, "I been doing this for 12 years, and I took it as a sign of disrespect on my part, and so I allowed him to do his work.  He started to upsel his other products, higher grade mesh, which we refused since ours was fine, he started to sell us a safety bar, which is not usually necessary, but he said this will signal others that there is a screen door there, and I said okay well that does sound good.  And then it just went south from there, he started sound slurred.  But we were in the middle of the job, and so we let him finish so we could get home and do the rest of the job ourselves.  When we got home we discovered indeed he had put in the bar about 1' whole inch off, and it was cockeyed.  And I called him immediately, and he slurred away how we could bring it back, and that we could mark it off for him, and I said I refuse, because we had already brought it to him once.  He felt, and mention that there was no advantage to him to drive over to us and straighten out a job which was going to cost him gas.  And I said okay well it might cost you $2.00 dollars and 20 minutes of your time, but it will get done correctly.  He refused and said he was giving us this grand deal, and I said there is no deal here, the job was done incorrectly, and he said but if I came to you this would have cost $30-40 dollars more, and I said yes, but you would have also done more physical work, and we did that for you.  This man is running a half professional business, misleading by misrepresenting himself and his services.  He is irresponsible and while operating a power saw and power tools should not be doing so, he is dangerous and unprofessional.
