Auto Body Work
I thought it took a while for the the repair (approx. 10 days) ... but I would rather they took longer and get it right. One problem I detected is that the day I went in, another customer was very irate with them about his repair work.. They did refund him (deductible?) $260.00
In my case, the damage that was done was from the other driver turning into me with a lane change on the freeway. His vehicle was larger than mine and his left front wheel actually burnt the back portion of the wheel well and scraped paint off the forward portion. The body shop painted the back door and apparently only part of the wheel well panel. There is a small trace of darkened paint on the rear wheel well, which tells me that they were a little lazy on the painting. They must have tried buffering it. Since my car is not new and without a few flaws already I did not want to be inconvenience by going back and demanding they correct it. I can live with it, but I will not repeat a return there.

This was the third or fourth time I have used the shop. They are always prompt and the repair quality is excellent. Most of the time the insurance has covered the cost of the repairs. So, I haven't been price conscious.
