I did not directly use this company. I had my roof replaced by a local roofer who bought their material from Allied. The roofer did a good job, finished up and billed me for the final payment. I made the payment with a good check. Shortly later I received a threatening legal document from Allied in which they seemed to declare that if they were not paid for their products, they would begin legal action against me! Of course I jumped all over the roofer who replied that they paid Allied's invoice. . .actually they said that they paid the invoice IN ADVANCE! The roofer called Allied who said something to the effect that this is a routine procedure for them; they automatically send this form to the final user of their products. To their credit, the roofer told allied that they, the roofer, spends about $100,00/month at Allied and if they ever send a document like that to their customer
