 + 0 moreArrived for estimate as promised. Was on time for the work day. Met me back at the condo for the walk through when it was convenient for me. He was very interested in making sure I was happy with the work and the entire process.
Description of Work: Removed acoustic ceilings in 3 bedroom condo, made repairs, re textured the ceiling and had a sub paint it. It was a great job. It all looks clean and even and makes the ceilings look higher. Had him come back for another job at a different location. He worked me into his scedule and did a beautidul job replacing a short wall in a kitchen and he repaired the walls after we torn down old cabinets. It was really perfect. And he and his crew do a good job cleaning up afterwards. Dryall work is really dusty but you wouldn't even know they had been there except for the beautiful walls. I wish he did more things because his service is really unsurpassed. He should give lessons to other contractors on how to treat clients.

 + -1 moreTwo weeks ago I called the first number714-774-7172 and got universalecoat(?) I thought I was calling Acoustic Ceiling Exterminators. Then called 951-315-2383 and got David so left message. I have not received a return call.
Description of Work: NOTHING! Called and left message. I have not gotten a response. Will not consider at all for work.

Description of Work: removed acoustic ceiling and added a texture, fixed cracks etc.

 + 0 moreI first used this company 8 years ago to do the downstairs of my house and was pleased with the work. I called them again when I decided to tackle upstairs. Their prices hadn't really changed, so i thought it was good value for money. They were very punctual, arriving earlier than planned each day and worked constantly the entre time they were here. The job was done on time, on budget and they cleaned up after themselves each day leaving the house spotless. At one point he discovered a problem with the wiring for ceiling fan, and corrected it to bring it up to code, which meant i didn't have to make a separate call to an electrician. Dave is a real professional, and I would recommend him without hesitation .
Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceilings, retextured, painted, installed crown moulding.
