Job was very well done. Exceeded my expectations. Very professional and thorough.

Great Job! Arrived early, were very thorough, constantly asking questions to make sure the job was done exactly the way we wanted it done, and had four very skilled "tree surgeons" in the huge, overgrown Camphor tree working from all angles while two more worked in the overgrown Olive tree out front!! Very quick, efficient and skilled. Carlisto "El Chango" was a pleasure to watch work!! They also ground out the tree stump of another Ficus tree, shredded and chipped all the trimmings, cleaned up better than it was before and did it all in less than a few hours! The price for the amount of work was an exceptional value, I see why they had the highest rating on Angie's List!! Would definitely hire them again without hesitation!

Against our express instructions, they came on property w/o us present. That is TRESPASSING!  They trimmed the tree while our horses were in the same area ( we needed to be present in order to move those horses....), and they terrified our dog so much that he escaped over our 6' fence. They also made huge dents in the driveway with their truck, dents that WE had to fix in order to prevent rain from flooding down from the street this winter.



They are capable of trimming trees but the office staff in hugely inefficient and does not communicate well with the field staff.



Even their invoices fail: no "date of service" anywhere on the sheet!  Really?????



They originally tried to charge us $650, but I refused to pay such a sum for such awful service. They agreed to a much lower price.  Shame on them for such a shoddy performance! Not going there again!  They know they are on my "thumbs down" list!

We're lucky because we find right when they finished up in my neighborhood. I caught a guy to come over and they said, "we can do it right now." So they gave us a really good discount that way.

We spotted their trucks working on a neighbor's yard.  We stopped by and asked the manager/supervisor Art to come by to give us a quote.  He came over and gave us a very competitive quote.  Art said he could do the job the same day, but we hesitated a little bit, worrying it is a high pressure sales.  So we looked them up, their licensed and bonded is current.  They did show up on another "A & M Tree Svc" entry under the Angies' List search, as well as Yelp with good review.  So we agreed to have the service done the same day.  It took them about 2 and half hours to 3 hours to finish the job I would consider a good size residential tree service.  They had the right equipment (like a semi-truck to toll the a dumpster, a cherry-picker to trim the giant palm).  The crew knew what they were doing, actually, Art actually called in extra crews that were done with another job close by to finish our job.  All the crew members are professional, courteous, and efficient.  They cleaned up their work nicely.  Now all the overgrown trees look very nicely laced and trimmed.  We no longer need to worry about high wind and huge palm frowns dropping onto our roof and driveway.  We will definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend them. The service was great and they were very eager to please. They accomplished what I wanted done. Their prices are very fair and reasonable.
