+ -1 moreAs you might expect, it is hard to get all 15 residents and owners lined up to vacate their units. A-1 was fortunately aggressive in contacting all the residents/owners. This was difficult because we had a few empty units. I was not there the days they tented, but it seemed to go well. The company is very professional and follows through. Just a warning to others, we had two units broken into during the tenting. A-1 warned us about break-ins, but I was skeptical anyone would do so. I learned later the gas is really not toxic the last day of tenting, so break-ins are more common. Next time, we will hire a security guard the last day.
