The install went pretty well. The service was good but the initial price was steep and the monthly fees were high relative to the competition. It provided office functionality which we have learned to live without with Ooma but our monthly fees are under $5 per line.

"Bogus review. I have no idea who this person is. I provide full featured phone solutions for offices and the lines will certainly not be priced under $5 a line per month (he's complaining about $5? - fake!), but they will be reasonably priced at $15 to $20 per line. Maybe he should've called me first before feeling ripped off. Lots of shady characters out there."

3Packet was available to help on short notice. The services had to be performed after hours remotely. Our school district was ahead of schedule opening a new building and we were able to get phones on line. The building could not be occupied with out phones for emergency purposes. Our new building is in a remote area without any other voice communications. No cell phone service is available in the area. Mitesh was very knowledgable and made sure we had all the information needed to pass on to the users.

There were a couple of late nights of onsite programming that occurred because 3Packet was committed to meeting our deadlines. This was not so terrible though as we were moving into our new building and I had other items to attend to.
We have been up and running for over two years now. Every once and a while a problem pops up with our phone system and Mitesh has always responded promptly to our service calls.
