I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH SHEA HOMES. THERE WERE A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS THAT THEY CAME BACK RIGHT AWAY TO FIX. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR FOR AROUND HERE.
