The three men were very willing to do any that I requested. There were lots of little jobs, but the big jobs they did very well. Carlton, the leader of the group did this difficult job repairing a very important security light. It now works well. The two workers under him were very polite and kind to me and also very helpful to each other.

The gentleman who came out was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. They didn't tear anything apart, which was nice. I had four outlets that weren't working and three others that didn't seem to work correctly. They fixed all of them for me and did a great job.

There was some initial confusion about the day and time to do the work, but once that was resolved, it went fairly smoothly. My electrical problem was not straightforward and obvious, so they had to spend some time troubleshooting. Johnny and his partner were ultimately successful in a reasonable amount of time. They fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards and I am very satisfied with the result. I would easily consider using this contractor for any other work in the future.
