I contacted Rick at D**** Camper and explained that while camping the previous weekend, it had rained and that we noticed a substantial leak in the skylight above the shower. A date and time was agreed up for the repairs. The trailer was dropped of on the scheduled appointment date and Rick was very helpful in positioning the trailer into the shop. I received a phone call a few hours later from Rick, stating that the repairs were complete. When I went to pick up the trailer, Rick explained that the caulking around the skylight and the bathroom vent had deteriorated and cracked. He removed all of the old caulking, cleaned the areas, re-caulked, and leak checked the seams. The cost for the job was more than fair in my opinion, and they take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again for my RV needs.
