TERRIBLE SERVICE! I asked for a deep clean of my studio home + dish washing . They literally ONLY washed the dishes, blatantly lied to me the entire time and became combative multiple times. Didnt wear masks and claimed to be vaccinated, yet no proof/confirmation was produced/given. OH!! and the dishes they washed werent even clean! Yet, I was fussed at in response AND threatened. By the grace of God I am a professional now and was able to contain my emotions, yet, my OSHA certification responsibilities bind me to a filed report in response to the health and safety hazards I encountered today. Disgraceful. The worst part of it all was, the two young ladies were willing to fulfill the request with no problem yet, their **ring leader**, Jackie, steered them in the opposite direction. Terrible example set and Terrible services given. NOT WORTH IT! THEN! The guy in the office, Tyrell, became argumentative when I attempted to inform him of the service provided.

"Tiera honestly don?t how you can bring yourself to write a review of any kind. Especially one doesn?t explain situation. You didn?t request a deep cleaning service you asked for dishes to be cleaned and counter tops to be wipe down. Which can be seen by your own service request. Simply cant receive services your unwilling to pay for. You still haven?t paid for the service you received."

Clean crew was great in terms of flexibility and customer service. I have heard good things about there carpet cleaning but unfortunately their home cleaning was just okay. Some places were well cleaned but others were not touched or cleaned well at all.

They did a very poor job of cleaning that I have to re-clean I was trying to be nice and ask for half of my money back but the more I see that was not clean I just want all my money back and I may have to take them to court for 305.00 that is a lot of money when the job should have been done right the first TIME. So I would tell people no to use them at all
