first told me they could not drain the septic because it was under an existing structure, charged me $300.00 to do NOTHING, yet my son and I found the tank and it was NOT under the structure, SECOND I had asked to have my water tank fixed for my well, I got the bill another $300.00, and they took out my water tank and replaced it with something that didn't last very long, and they TOOK OUT THE EXTRA bladder tank I had in there for reserve water and never replaced it, or told me. I just saw it wasn't there anymore when I came back up here for fixing other things, I was MAD! they would not reimburse me for the septic that they never drained, (let alone opened) and they would not refund taking one of my tanks. I won't do business with them any longer, and have not to date.

I called; they came out; I had water the next day! Very important with 8 horses!

Fine. but they took the faucet they removed and I could of used the part that fits my port. dishwasher. I had to buy a new part.

He came right out to do the job. It only took him about 10 min. He did not clean up the mess he made. That was left for me to do. I only live maybe 2 1/2 miles from their shop. I was happy with the work he did. I would call Heard Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
