I thoroughly enjoyed having Richard work on this project. He was very careful to explain his ideas for the handicapped ramp we needed, and he did just what he said he would. He was right on time, worked hard all day to finish the ramp, when he left you couldn't even tell he had been cutting & sawing, it was spotless. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone who needs work done on their home. Great guy!

Richard installed an attic access and pull down stairs for us and he was awesome! When he came to give us an estimate, he explained everything he would be doing and gave us suggestions on placement of the access. Each day of the job he would explain what he was going to do that day and answer any questions we had. His communication and attention to detail are excellent. We are so used to contractors cutting corners that we really appreciate Richard's work ethic. We will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

Really nice guy! I hired him to repair my double-hung windows. He was prompt in responding, was on time, and clearly went over his work steps with me. He actually repairs, not just change-out. I love being able to save my windows and have them working! 'I'll definitely hire him again!

Mr. Lemke was very prompt in returning my initial call. He was very prompt when arriving to inspect the job and his return visit. He explains how he will approach the job and is very clean and neat. Mr. Lemke fixed our nearly 30 year old sliding doors, which are very heavy and needed new parts. We are happy with the results: everything is like new!

Mr. Lemke was prompt, professional & knowledgeable. He came out the next day to look at the job & returned in the morning to fix my 3 year old cabinet hinges. I would recommend Mr. Lemke and expect to ask him back to do other work around the house, including electrical and plumbing jobs.
