 + -1 moreHad a prefab fire log in fire place that began to smoke. Eventually the smoke was so black and thick that we had to put the log out with a fire extinguisher. Hanging over the mantle was a Kinkaid lithograph. I took it to Mr. Turner to examine for possible smoke damage. He examined the piece, cleaned it, and thankfully found no smoke residue on the piece. He was very professional and knowledgable. He found some material issues with the piece which resulted in my taking the piece back to a Kinkaid Signature Gallery for further repairs.

Went very well. Thomas spent time telling us exactly what the painting needed and how long it would take. He also discussed with us whether the painting was worth restoring. After Thomas finished with it, the painting looks new!
Description of Work: Cleaned and restored a water damaged oil painting. Also repaired damage from when the painting was originally painted and had been stacked while still wet.
