Services have been great. When they provide a quote they stick to it. They are professional and I appreciate their integrity. I could not say enough positive things about New Image Landscaping & Tree Service Inc.

Very well, they take care of any issues that pop up. They did a good job.

John and his guys are on top of it, they had good ideas and the work turned out nice.

The crews arrived timely, and conducted themselves professionally. The project was completed early and below budget. Will use again!

The service was great, employees are clean & thorough, The owner John came to check on their employees to make sure that the work is up to his standards. At the same time, they trimmed and took care of 6 large palms and 5 - 6 smaller trees, with no damage or rubbish left behind. They provide service to multiple locations for me.

Do your neighbors a favor, do not hire this company.  We don't use this company, our neighbor does.  When they initially came to renovate their property the workers would sit under our tree on our property every day and eat their lunch- leaving their trash for us to clean up.  After the initial set up, they come by every week and often blow the yard debris onto our property through their chain link fence.  The neighbor property  is 4.5 feet higher than ours so everything blows in at head level.  We contacted the company the first time that we caught them doing this and the owner did respond back saying that he would make sure that it didn't happen again.  We haven't been able to catch them every time, but have noticed that there is a lot of debris left on certain days.  Today we were able to catch them again and tried to report it to the company but there is no one to respond.  Please save yourself the trouble of upsetting your neighbors and do not hire this company.

Quality of work is great for a great price.  However, their back office is a mess!  
They are very unresponsive to emails.  They have people forging contract agreements in their office and the owner, John, does not honor these "forged" contracts.  I asked him to prepare new contracts 4 months ago (in mid-April) if he won't honor those, and he still has yet to give me those contracts.  The back office has had several people quit/get fired in the last few months so it's hard to get a hold of anyone.
We scheduled a walk-through with the owner, John, last Thursday 8/13/15, but he did not show up and still has yet to call us back nor explain why he missed the walk-through.
