They are very unresponsive to emails. They have people forging contract agreements in their office and the owner, John, does not honor these "forged" contracts. I asked him to prepare new contracts 4 months ago (in mid-April) if he won't honor those, and he still has yet to give me those contracts. The back office has had several people quit/get fired in the last few months so it's hard to get a hold of anyone.
We scheduled a walk-through with the owner, John, last Thursday 8/13/15, but he did not show up and still has yet to call us back nor explain why he missed the walk-through.
