David Olson Construction

We have used Dave in the past for a full master bath addition and a kitchen remodel. This time was a small job after purchasing a new house. Dave does great work, but the process of getting a quote can be slow as he brings in his subcontractors.

I couldn't be happier. As I know very little about home construction the personal touch was extremely helpful. The contractor took a lot of time explaining everything that was going on and always spent whatever time was necessary to make sure I was satisfied. Additionally he spent a considerable amount of time explaining new home appliances so that I would make the best decision to meet my needs. I highly recommend Dave Olson for any job.

Dave Olson was a great help in designing the remodeling of the interior of our 1920s home . We love our neighborhood so wanted to put all our resources into remodeling our home into one we will enjoy for the forseeable future. He helped with improving our vision, making the structural and design changes to improve the house so that the layout of the rooms and the way we move through them is greatly improved. He even eliminated squeaky floorboards that had been driving us nuts for years. . He was very very thorough. Paid great attention to detail. He showed up when he said he would and devoted himself to our job without taking time off to begin or scout other jobs. We moved out of the house for a couple of months but observed his work on almost a daily basis. He was very thorough in supervising his sub contractors. Clean up was thorough, daily--even while we were living off site. We also liked his suppliers--plumbing fixtures, tile, stone countertops, etc. Estimates were in line with actuals.
