They were polite and performed work on time. I was not too happy with quality to make the story short. There were issues with air flow. I contacted Costco and they got in touch with the company, they came out again, and performed extensive re routing of the air ducts at no extra cost to improve air flow. I'm happy with the result. Their price via Costco is pretty good but make sure you know what options you are getting and if your duct work really needs replacement.
