 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS THE MOST COMPETITIVE OUT OF THREE BIDS I RECEIVED. WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT AS THE OWNER/CONTRACTOR IS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK AND THE WORK OF HIS HELP. THE REMOVAL OF THE BAR COUNTERTOP WAS THROWN AT THEM BY PROPERTY OWNER MIDWAY THROUGH PROJECT AND WAS ADDED INTO WORK WITH EASE. THIS CONTRACTOR HAS A GREAT EYE FOR REMODELING DESIGN MAKING END PRODUCT FLOW WITH THE EXISTING HOME DESIGN.
Description of Work: REMODELED SOFFIT IN EXISTING KITCHEN BY REMOVING OLD BOX STYLE FLUORESCENT LIGHTING AND REBUILDING NEW, LARGER RECESSED BOX WITH CAN LIGHTS. REMOVED EXISTING BAR COUNTERTOP AND REWORKED PLUMBING FOR DISHWASHER AS WELL AS RELOCATING ELECTRICAL ON BAR. REMOVED TALL, NARROW WINDOW IN CORNER AND CREATED NEW WALL IN ITS PLACE. BUILT A CORNER PANTRY AND INSTALLED ALL NECESSARY TRIM, ETC. PAINTING WAS DONE BY PROPERTY OWNER AS REQUESTED BY OWNER IN INITIAL CONTRACT.
