From the moment we contacted this company, we received a prompt and friendly response from Village Carpet Flooring. I was able to reach a fair price that was within my budget. The service that I had paid for was the installation of carpets and a gym rubber floor. When the company came to do the installation for the carpet, the installers were on time and professional. When it came to the installation of the rubber gym floor, the installers did forget to install a transitional material between the floors, but after a quick phone call the company came back immediately and fixed the problem at no additional cost. In the overall experience, this company has showed great service and quality care for their customers.
