Description of Work: Royal Home Remodels has been our contractor for several years. In our opinion, you could not find a better one. Todd Royal (owner) is not only knowledgeable in his profession, but also a perfectionist, loyal, honest, reliable, reasonable quotes, and communicative. He remodeled our kitchen ... the cabinets are beautiful as is the rest of the kitchen, installed hardwood floors throughout our upstairs. He completely redid our downstairs after we experienced a sewer backup ... totally remodeled bathroom, restructured walls and laid travertine on floor throughout downstairs. He put in a new cement driveway with a design that we love ... installed new windows ... re-stuccoed our home, and various other things. His team works to his standards, which are extremely high. He oversees everything and makes sure you are satisfied. He works hard and goes the extra mile when necessary. Not only are his contractual skills excellent, he has an eye for design. He helped us thorughout all projects to ensure everything went well together. His designing ability and ideas were a tremendous help and turned out beautifully. He never exceeded any of his bids, and all of his work has been completed on or before scheduled. He never left a mess and ensures your home is livable. We've had our share of woes with contractors, but after finding Todd, we would not dream of hiring any other. Everyone we've referred him to has been extremely pleased with him and his work. In both my husband's and my opinion, you will be a lucky person if you are able to retain Todd Royal, Royal Home Remodels, Inc., as your contractor.

 + 0 moreExcellent from start to finish. Expectations were met or exceeded on all levels. Todd Royal did a great job of keeping us informed of any necessary "changes" and/or "modifications" that were needed as our remodels progressed. HIs workers did a fine job in keeping the work areas clean, uncluttered and most of all, did not 'hamper" our day to day activities during these remodels. The remodeled bathrooms have received many many compliments from family, clients, neighbors who are just "amazed" by what Mr. Royal and his company achieved! Thank you Todd!!!!!
Description of Work: Royal Home Remodeling is one of the finest companies I have encountered professionally and personally. Royal Remodeling accomplished two complete bathrooms remodels in 3 weeks during a busy holiday season. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the dedication, honesty and workmanship of this fine company. HIghly recommended! I have also referred Royal Home Remodeling to numerous clients, all with extremely positive outcomes and superb results. I would recommend Mr. Royal and his company without any hesitations.
