Terrible, he was the rudest person we had ever come across. Even to our 80 year old parents who he was there to help. Besides that he overcharged us, we had brand new steel braided hose there with all our other appliance parts come up missing, he used our landlords spare parts for the job and charged us for new ones. If these are the kind of people you are going to recommend and endorse then we most certainly will never use the service again.

He's an excellent plumber. The guy we work with is Mike. He's reasonable, he does an excellent work and he has always been able to help us right away when we've had an emergency. He's a really nice guy too. He's local which we like. I'd rate him A plus.

Was referred to Mike Putnam at Regional Elite Plumbing by my septic guy who had used him and was happy with Mike’s service. Mike returned my call almost immediately and was able to fit me in quickly. He let me know when he was on his way and was punctual. He was polite and professional and got right to work. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair a toilet only partially flushing. He replaced two old water shut-off valves and 3 faucet handles and inspected some items. I will use him for more plumbing items later.
I was very satisfied with his service and can recommend him for good service at a reasonable price.

Update: I had to bring him back the next day because one of the new faucet handles leaked badly which he quickly fixed. I also had him replace a shower head with one I had. Cost was $75, a bit high for 15 minutes since it was only 2 miles out of his way but glad it’s done. A few days later I noticed he had only replaced one of the old shut-off valves under the sink, not sure why, but it
should have been both.

The problem was an obstructed toilet, that resisted efforts to clear it with a plunger or a toilet augur. The bathroom sink drains were also blocked at the same time, indicating an obstruction downstream. We have another bathroom, so there was no emergency, just inconvenience.
I called at about 4 PM on 6/10,got a voicemail, and my call was returned in about 1 minute. Mike, the owner, agreed to come the following morning,, arrived at 0830 on time, and evaluated the problem. He was able to clear the obstruction, which was downstream and blocking two drains, using a power augur, without dismounting the toilet. His charge was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again.

I had used Mike Putnam's services before. It went wonderfully. I live 25 minutes away and he did the work without me even being there. I checked it yesterday and he did a great job. He is a very honest guy and I highly recommend him.

They did good work. If I were to need any plumbing I would definitely use them.

MIKE WAS GREAT. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. HE WAS VERY CLEAN AND CAME VERY PREPARED TO COMPLETE THE TASK. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED HOW HE RECOMMENDED SOME ITEMS TO KEEP AN EYE ON AND DIDN'T TRY TO HARD SELL ME.

MIKE CAME RIGHT AWAY WHEN WATER WAS POURING INTO MY KITCHEN. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM AND CLEARED IT, THEN FOLLOWED THROUGH OVER THE NEXT WEEK OR SO.
