Marcy exemplifies the perfect balance of real estate expertise, negotiating skills and responsiveness to client needs. When another agent left us in a lurch while the properties we were interested in were being sold, Marcy immediately stepped in and helped us purchase our dream home. The sale was not without considerable problems originating from the sellers' side. Marcy managed to successfully resolve the problems and negotiate many issues to both parties' satisfaction. The sellers' agent even commented she would use many of Marcy's negotiating and problem-solving tactics in her future business dealings. Marcy has been a great source of advice and information due to on-going discoveries of the sellers' non-disclosures of troubling property issues. We will not hesitate to contact Marcy for our future real estate needs!
