Heating and Air Conditioning Service
When Dennis started working for me four years ago, his work seemed OK.
But this past year, he bid a job and then it took him four months to do "some" of the work. He never did finish. Two of the heaters he installed were very ugly with lots of silver tape all over the walls and vents. The thermostat wire draped visibly across the wall to the thermostat. He would not come back to fix it. It was very unattractive sloppy work. He also had to come back two times to make a gas turn-off valve accessible and fix other installation problems. I have had to do lots of patch work and the job dragged on and on.
I will not use him again, even though he is pleasant and recommended by other plumbers and heater guys I respect.
He also has no insurance. I asked him for his, as I needed it during my workers comp audit. I asked him 10 times.

He’s very personable and friendly. He spent a lot of time working, doing a great job, for the price he charged. He was punctual, and I’ve been very pleased with his service.
