We want to formally appologize to the member and offer him any assistance he would like to help him with his project. We are willing and ready to speak to the member again regarding his project. We have all the information from the appointment still on hand and ready to go over any aspect of the pricing he did not received the first time. Great experience overall. He arrived promptly in the morning as promised, removed the old softener, did extensive plumbing work replacing and adding copper tubing and installed the new water softener. He also came by two days later as we had called him with questions regarding programming the new softener with no additional charge. We will be using Daniel again soon to install a ceiling fan in our breakfast nook.

Daniel worked with me every step of the way and told me how we could get the things done with the budget I had to work with. He made great suggestions and helped me save money by offering alternative solutions to thing I wanted to see done. His crew were clean, friendly, polite, and punctual. There were a few unforeseen snags that happen during the project that he could have charged me more for but he helped me work around them and didnt add a bunch of money to our contract. The finished yard went far above my expectations! I highly recommend DCL! Daniel is honest and hardworking!

He pulled up the old flooring, moved furniture with delicate crystal inside and replaced it all. It was a good professional job. He is a very dedicated professional who will honestly tell you if your proposals are good. If not, he will suggest alternatives. He is trustworthy, honest and I feel comfortable leaving him alone to work on his own with confidence. He is completely responsible.

The service provider arrived promptly at the appointed time, assessed our sprinkler system, and quickly found the problem -- a crossed wire! He was very polite and accommodating, fixed the problem in minutes. We would definitely use this company again.

We did not end up using this company for the work we needed done, but in the future if we needed them, we would definitely use them. They gave us a quote on some landscaping. They were very nice to work with. We ended up going with someone we knew.

Contacted company in early July for a lot clearing job. Took 3 days to get a call back. Then took over a week for a company rep to view property and provide an estimate after pushing for a response. We finally settled on a date and price near the end of the month and the company rep did not show up!! When I phoned in to ask what happened the owner stated his sub-contractor didn't show and it wasn't his fault. This is not an A grade company.

"THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO BE MADE AND THEN MISSED. HOWEVER I CANNOT COMPLETELY CONTROL SUB CONTRACTORS. UNFORTUNATELY AT TIMES A BUSINESS IS BUSY AND BEING THE ONLY PERSON WHO CONDUCTS THE OFFICE AND FIELD WORK IS ONLY ONE PERSON THINGS CAN GET A LITTLE BACKED UP. MY CONTRACTOR HAD AN EMERGENCY AND FAILED TO TELL ME THAT HE WAS NOT ABLE TO PERFORM THE WORK ON THE SCHEDULED DATE. HE WOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE JOB TWO DAYS LATER, BUT THE OWNER JUST CANCELED WITHOUT LETTING ME FIND OUT THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM OR BEING ABLE TO RESCHEDULE THE JOB. IN THE PAST I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS SUB AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME TO HIS PROJECTS. UNFORTUNATELY LIFE HAPPENS."

Great! We had used Daniel's services last year for the same construction on the other side of our house and wanted him to repeat the process but with a more "artistic" concept since this area is visible from our patio. Daniel is always on time, has excellent suggestions and gives great value for his services.

Daniel always returns calls quickly. He arrives when he says he is going to arrive, works quickly and efficiently, and lets you know if the project will require him to spend time leaving the job to buy parts. He is paid by the hour so being time-conscious is important. Daniel is very pleasant to talk to. He listens and makes suggestions on the best and most cost-efficient method to solve the problem. In some cases I have bought the parts and in some cases he has done so; so he is very flexible. His price estimates have always been correct.
