cox cable communications

I have Cox Cable and I am satisfied with it. I would refer Cox to someone. I would grade Cox as satisfactory. The pricing is high.

I don't know what to compare them to because they're the only one I've used. I've had service with them since I moved out here more than 20 years ago.

In home service has been ok.

The worst thing is he had to run the cable cord over the fire place, a built in book case, and on base boards. When he stabled the cord in, he didn't make sure it was nice and tight or even straight. In the bedroom, he had to go over a double door closet frame and it too was not snug and was even stapled not in an area where it was on top of the closet frame. Luckily, my friend will be able to fix it all. We don't have a huge choice in carriers and they are all the same basically. I have tried ATT. You are on hold with COX forever when you call to ask a question and when you do get a person, MOST of the time, they are extremely patient and helpful. The techs that come to the house are the ones I have problems with.

After experiencing very slow internet speeds and 2 calls to Cox customer service, they recommended that I replace my modem. After spending $89.00 for a new modem my connection is still slow and unresponsive. I have a brand new router and I've reset everything over 4 times now and Cox has no solution other than buying a new router - but the thing is: I have the newest router you can buy and it's also sold at the Cox store in San Diego.

The bill has been wrong twice. Every time I try to get to the and quot;promotionsand quot; department I get hung up on. So I cant resolve my issue.

I also had to wait on the phone several minutes each time just to get hung up on again. bad !

They provide excellent service. They cover all service programming. They provide fast and reliable internet and cable channels. They have incredibly fast download time. They offer different features that could benefit the clients using their service. Their custom service is excellent. You could easily get in touch with them with just a single dial of their number.

I just picked them because that is who services my area. They provide me good service; I have never had a problem with them.

They were a pain to deal with on the phone. They were extraordinarily expensive. We did not even get movie channels.
