Jared initially came out for an estimate and took measurements for a custom frameless shower door enclosure. He was punctual, personable, professional and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. He measured very thoroughly. He returned two days later exactly as promised to install the frameless shower door enclosure. It looks beautiful! We could not be happier and we would definitely use him again if the need arose. 10/12/15 UPDATE: I'd originally (the day of the job) given Jarrod a 5 star review. The day of installation, he had forgotten to bring us the piece of glass for our shower niche that he had promised to include with our quote. He said he'd be back the next day. I also realized that he'd installed handles other than the ones I'd selected. I emailed him and he promised to take care of it after his vacation. That was two months ago. Initially he responded to a couple of emails and phone calls and told me he was really busy, starting a new business and that he would handle it. Then he just stopped responding to me. I had really liked him and felt he was great, but apparently once he had my money he was no longer interested in following-through and honoring his commitments, very unprofessional and I'm so disappointed.
