Initially this company installed my new AC, now for service after the sale, forget they might return your calls and might show. But don't hold your breath. Would not recommend.

I had another company I had been using for years. They told me that I needed a new system. I had Bill come out to check it out and he told me other things that I could do. He did the repairs for me and it has been working ever since.

BILL THORPE GETS BACK TO YOU QUICKLY WHEN CALLED. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT; KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACED IT THAT DAY. A VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY MAN.
