My neighbor and I were splitting the cost of replacing a chain length fence with a vinyl one between our properties. Alpine Fence did a great job of developing a plan that both families agreed on and it was easy to split the cost. They were on time and finished the project in record time. They were my most competitive with their pricing and have a life long guarantee.

Mike gave me a bid of $1600and said I could get it cheaper by a handyman because Alpine had to schedule one entire day even though if was less than an all day job. They don't have techs do more than one job because of the long drive from Alpine. it clearly required welding, painting, new footings and I had used A.F. before, the do top quality work. I signed the contract. Brian arrived promptly at 7:30, completed the job at 10:45 (faster than I thought), good quality. then he told me he had to leave promptly to go to do another big job for Alpine. I called Mike who explained that another tech was ill and that was why Brian was doing another job. I asked for a partial refund since two customers were paying full days work for one person. He refused with lots of excuses like Brian was doing this because he was a long time employee and wouldn't get paid overtime. The fact remains Alpine Fence got paid for two all day jobs done by one person on the same day and the employee got only one day's pay.

Mike and his team did a great job! They worked with our landscape contractor to demo the old fence, set new posts, and installed a beautiful new white vinyl fence all along the property line. His team also build a four sided fence enclosure, with a gate, around the pool equipment. He and I coordinated with our neighbor to extend the fence up to the neighbor’s house, beautifying both homes. We are delighted with our new fence!

The guy who came to give the estimate for the fence and gate replacement was professional and thorough. He told me it would take two days (one to remove the old fence) the second day to install the new fence. It did. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They did a very good job. I am very happy with the result.

There were just a couple of things I thought weren't great, but they were small. Overall an good job done quickly. They were higher than other bid, but appreciated their suggestion of a shadow box fence the other guys didn't think of and it was exactly what I wanted.

I did check around. I thought the price was extremely high, but when I checked around, the price wasn't at all. I hope I don't have to, but I would use them again.

Workers were prompt, courteous and got the job done. They were receptive to my suggestions and all work was completed quickly and efficiently. After the job was completed, a couple of the gates needed adjustment and we needed to reinforce some areas so my dogs wouldn't try and get away. Alpine was super responsive and fixed everything immediately. We have since referred numerous friends based on the look and quality of our fence. We're now three years in to the fence and it still looks new!

Alpine Fence, though slammed with work from the January wind-storm, had time to handle our little job, replace 55 feet of an old wooden fence and re-positioning a gate.  They were there on time, worked like crazy, and were done ahead of expectations!  Fantastic work!  Fantastic job, complete with clean-up and hauling away debris from the old fence.  Can't say enough good things about these folks!

Company was easy to work with and the fence itself looks nice, but the installers they sent did some shoddy work on portions of the fence.  When they were getting ready to leave and waiting for the check, I pointed out a section of fence where the spacing between pickets was significantly different at the top and bottom of the fence.  I called the company while the installers were still there and they were good about offering to send someone out to fix it, so we made an appointment for later in the week.  Meanwhile, I held on to the check.  The guy who came to fix it did a good job, so I gave him the check and assumed we were done.  A couple of months later after recent torrential rains caused some erosion on the hill behind the fence, I started to remove the eroded (and still wet) soil so it wouldn't sit against the fence and cause rusting when I found more shoddy work.  The posts for the fence that was replaced were cut off and left at about 1/2 inch above the ground rather than being ground down  They're still a bit sharp, so I'll need to grind or pound them down myself to prevent injuries to people doing gardening by the fence.  Also, the footings were done very sloppily.  Rather than making the concrete slope away from each post to help shed water (a simple and standard process), it didn't look like any trowel work had been done at all.  Rather than shedding water, most posts had depressions near the base that will trap and retain water.  Even worse, the footings on the end posts were not even full footings.  On one end, it appears to be only half a footing, with bare steel below ground on one side.  On the other, the it looks like a broken piece of concrete was propped against the fence to hold it up, probably embedded in concrete below ground, so that the bare steel at ground level will be constantly in contact with wet soil and promoting early rust out of the post.

The representative, Jim, came to discuss the project at the appointed time, on time.  He gave very good suggestions for matching the fence with hand railing on the porch.  He got me the bid to me the next day.  I got another bid that was very slightly less but I went with Alpine because of the good impression Jim gave.  The work was planned for 1/7/16 but had to be pushed back because of the heavy El Nino rains.  Jim contacted me regularly and updated plans as the weather required.  The workers came on time on the day that finally allowed work.  They were professional and did a very nice job.  Clean up was complete.  Because of the wet soil from our recent rains, getting the gate to open and close smoothly proved impossible.  The foreman said they would come back after a couple of more dry days and fix it.  They did just that with no phone calls from me. 
The fence looks great and functions well.  The whole experience was very positive.  Alpine and their employees were professional, and had great communication and follow through.  I can recommend them highly.

We explained that our purpose was to provide a secure environment as we are considering adding a dog to our family. I should have written this sooner, as we are coming up on two years since having the work done. We could not be happier with the fence, it is attractive, sturdy. It is easy upkeep, and will last forever really. Our project manager was very professional and the guys who installed did a great job. We highly recommend Alpine Fence. 

We had seen other examples of Alpine Fence in our neighborhood.  So that is how we found them.
We had an excellent experience with this company from beginning to end.  The project took longer than expected on my part to finalize the exact details (length, style of fence, etc.).  The project manager had to come out several times to make adjustments.  He was very accommodating and helpful and and was a pleasure to work with..
The crew that installed the fence was outstanding.  The quality and workmanship that went into their work was obvious, These folks really know what they are doing.  There were some challenging technical issues having to do with the topography of the yard and the and the foreman and crew were extremely skilled, professional and conscientious.
We could not be happier with the job they did and how the fence looks.  Looks even better than I expected.  Beautiful job.
