+ -1 moreHE CAME OUT TO LOOK AT THE PROPERTY, TOOK SOME MEASUREMENT AND TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE THE PLANS DONE IN A FEW WEEKS. 2 MONTHS WENT BY AND AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS HE DELIVERED THE FIRST SET OF PLANS. THEY WERE REJECTED. THE 2ND SET CAME 5 MONTHS LATER AND WERE ALSO REJECTED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE OF IT. HE NEVER DID. AFTER ABOUT 50 PHONE CALLS AND LEAVING HIM MESSAGES, I HIRED A NEW ENGINEER. I HAVE RECEIVED 1,400.00 IN FINES THANKS TO MR. BARRIN.
Description of Work: ALPINE ENGINEERING WAS HIRED TO PREPARE A GRADING PLAN FOR A SLOPE I NEEDED TO GRADE TO INSTALL A GARAGE OUT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE. I WAS SITED BY THE COUNTY FOR GRADING WITHOUT A PERMIT.
