I found Keith randomly on Zillow when I reached out to a number of agents on properties that my wife and I wanted to see. He was the first to respond, and we liked him at our first meeting. Over the past three or four months, he has impressed me a number of times with his ability to read a situation and to develop the right game plan to move the ball intothe end zone.

People can be cynical about real estate agents as a profession that offers limited value. Well, when you find the right agent, then you
realize why agents should exist and, importantly, get paid.

Keith added value within a week of meeting him by converting a house that we liked--and that we thought was off limits--into an opportunity for us. The house was a short sale, and the bank had just come back and approved the offer price, BUT the buyers were no longer around as it was 3-5 months after their original offer. He immediately put us in play, and importantly knew how to preempt the listing agent from relisting to the general public.

During the closing process, he really took control of a number of situations to figure out what was happening with title, the notary, and
listing agent to get to the root cause of whatever was holding up our process.

In sum, Keith is a very knowledgeable agent that you will enjoy working with. He is an expert at what he does and you will not be
disappointed. He's tenacious, but also knows when not to push too hard. I recommend him without hesitation.

As for my background, my wife and I own three properties--one in CO, NY, and DC. We've dealt with a number of real estate professionals in our lives, and Keith is certainly one of the top ones we've worked with.
