We are a dental office and we were having trouble getting one of our work cameras to work on a computer. I had another IT guy come out and he could not fix it. I also called the camera and program manufacturers multiple times and they also could not get it to work. I contacted La at SOM and he was able to help me. He called was on top of everything and followed up with me to fix the problem. He even reached out to the computer program company himself to try and fix the problem. After all that he was able to get it to work! I would highly recommend them!
