Crew removed toe kicks under cabinets after water flooded kitchen to allow air flow from blowers. Included removing toe kick and supports from under kitchen island, which houses heavy Viking range and vent. Cabinets sagged and cracked the granite countertop. Servpro said it is not liable because they believe the cabinets were improperly installed 18 years ago. Obviously this is not true. Working with company to resolve.
Description of Work: Removed toe kicks in kitchen to address water damage.
