Terrible. Not dishonest or anything like that. But poor service. It was almost like they'd never done a real estate transaction before. Terrible response. Didn't 'drive' the deal through close. We (and our RE agent & mortgage broker) had to constantly reach out and say what we needed and ask what they needed from us to close. The problem is that if you want to buy a house where they're the selling party, you've got to use them. No way about that. So we were essentially forced to use them. The only other option is to not buy the house. Oh yeah, very expensive for escrow services. Probably twice what it would have cost through a traditional escrow/title office.
