We hired her as the interior designer for a complete remodel of our kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Six months into the project, we still did not have a complete design for the bathrooms and the contractor was ready to start tiling! She then explained that was unable to spend more than 4 hours a week on our project and quit the project. She also never discussed pricing or budget of tiles. She failed to draw elevations for the master vanity to-scale. Although she had good design ideas, she lacks experience in residential remodels and did not plan accordingly with the contractor to stay on a timeline. It would take her days to answer questions and this would hold up the contractor. Furthermore, after she quit the project, she refused to answer any questions on how some of the ideas should be implemented. I invested a lot of money without a finished product!
