"Anthony Suffi, the owner of Suffi's Coastal Cleaning, is an exceptionally-meticulous window cleaner. It is apparent that he takes great pride in providing excellent service for a reasonable price. Anthony cleaned the exterior and interior of 15 sliding and 3 fixed windows, along with the window tracks, frames, sills, and screens on our 2-story house. In addition, he cleaned 1 glass door as well as the windows in an overheard garage door of a 2-car garage. All of the work was completed in approximately 4 hours. The window glass was so squeaky clean that it almost seemed as if there was none! Using a variety of cleaning tools, Anthony removed all of the dirt from the tiny corners of the window tracks and sills. Rarely have I seen such detailed work. Anthony promptly answered my calls and text messages, provided an in-person estimate, readily scheduled an appointment on short notice, and arrived on time with all of his equipment. His prices are reasonable for the exceptional workmanship. I was very impressed by Anthony's work ethic, integrity, professionalism, communication skills, cheerful demeanor, and courteous behavior. "Carl, the owner of All American Window Cleaning, and his assistant, Eric, showed up for the job at exactly the time agreed upon. We have only lived in our 1907 two-story house for a year, and I am not sure when the rain gutters and down spouts were last cleaned. They got to work right away, and they did an AMAZING job of cleaning out the gutters and spouts which were VERY dirty and full of debris. They were in and out in less than two hours, and cleaned up so well afterwards that we couldn't tell they had been here. We will definitely hire them again and probably for window cleaning. "Aston did an amazing job for us. I did not bother to get any additional bids after I met him. He has impeccable online reviews and I could tell that he truly cares about the details. We had remodeled the backyard including removing a patio cover, re-building a grill island, and adding a pool/spa and deck. We needed stucco in the previous grill and patio cover areas and also needed all the weep screed replaced. Aston was meticulous with the entire process. "I worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up.show more

"As new house owners, (we previously lived in a one bedroom apartment in NYC) my wife and I wanted to replace the flooring and paint our entire house. We inquired with a few different companies, one of which was Ameriproj. Matt came over a few times (as we kept changing our minds on what we wanted) and gave us multiple quotes for the different things we wanted to do. He was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions in person, on phone calls and through texts. He was extremely responsive to us and that was a big reason why we ultimately decided to move forward with Matt. As part of our decision, we asked Matt why he didn't have many reviews on Angi’s List, and he mentioned he had started up fairly recently. The reviews he did have were great and we're really glad we went with Ameriproj. Matt is one of the friendliest and nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He was very helpful and professional every step of the way answering any questions we had, anytime we had them. He walked us through the process of picking different types of wood flooring, the type of paint and finish. He coordinated the flooring installation and painting team to come at the same time and work in different floors to make the entire job faster. Matt and his team were all very respectful as both my wife and I were working from home. He asked us before doing anything out of the ordinary to avoid crossing any boundaries. Matt gave us a lot of advice and pointed out many things to us even if it didn't benefit him. For a few things, he was able to help us (such as mounting a TV on the wall and installing a chandelier). The flooring team was super experienced and did the job in a day and a half. The painting took about 8 days to finish painting the entire house out of the 10 that he estimated for us at the beginning of the job. We had 2 floors, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, hallway, stairs, laundry room, walk in closet. They even worked on Labor Day just to finish the job faster. We also already had some furniture in the house, so the painters had to either move the furniture or paint around them. They finish painted the entire 2nd floor first before moving to the first so they can give us privacy which was nice, and they accommodated us wanting to paint our home office last so that we could work uninterrupted. The painters did not cut corners - they were very skilled and painted their butts off. Matt detail reviewed their work and pointed out things that needed to be fixed, which they did. They really took their time, meticulously painting between the drawers and behind obstacles, making sure every single part of the house was painted perfectly. Overall I had a great experience working with Matt and would definitely recommend Ameriproj to friends/family for future home renovation projects. Thank you Matt!show more
