His staff was clean cut and knowledgeable. Everyone I met had a lot of experience. They were not day laborers that did sloppy work. They were experienced and professional and they knew what they were doing.
I didn't have to have them go back and fix anything because they did it right the first time. They didn't cut corners or compromise on quality in order to save themselves money. Ryan really takes pride in his work and in his relationships with his clients. I have additional work to be done and the only person I would allow to do it would be Ryan.
I am highly impressed with Cornerstone General Contracting! Shortly after buying our home in San Clemente, we experienced a homeowner?s nightmare. The home had been purchased off a corporate relocation business on an ?As-Is, Physical Condition? basis with a home warranty. Shortly after moving in, we noticed a stain developing on the ceiling of our ground floor family room. We contacted our homeowner?s insurance: no coverage. We contacted the home warranty insurance: no coverage. We got an initial bid from one contractor and he wanted over $15k to repair the shower. We contacted another who was more reasonable, but abandoned the job after one day. In comes Cornerstone. We met with their owner and he walked us through the steps in a clear and professional manner. More importantly, he honored his promises and the terms of the contract to our complete satisfaction. Even when unexplained problems arose during the course of the work, Cornerstone was up to the challenge and kept us apprised each step of the way. It is rare to find a contractor who is so conscientious of a customer?s concerns. At the end of the day, we have a beautiful new shower enclosure that completely matches our original construction at a cost that is a mere fraction of what was quoted by others. I highly recommend Ryan and Cornerstone General Contracting.
