We hired A1 because we had such a good experience the first time. This time was a different story. Although A1 was prompt regarding the estimate it was pretty clear that the young man sent to do the painting was not experienced. He left a large black stain on the carpet along with spots of paint. He removed the tape at the trim and the old color showed. He cracked the faceplates and put some upside down. I had to bring it to his attention. He was supposed to airbrush the patio, but rolled it. I HAD TO ASK his boss to check on the job he was doing. His response was "he will fix it, we will clean the rug". I was asked to pay the painter at the end of the day without an invoice and without anyone verifying his work. He left without saying anything, hence, no money. Very early Sunday morning(7ish) the doorbell rang. A1 ready to collect but not to ask if I was happy with the job. We asked for an invoice and was told one would be mailed. We never received it. Very disappointed.

I wanted to recommend this group because I had such a hard time finding a decent painter (I didn't use this service!) Michael gave me ''next day'' service on a job where another painter had flaked out. His men did EXCELLENT work. They were clean, friendly, professional and I thought the price was very fair. He gave me a bid over the phone for the interior of a garage and arrived the next day on time. Highly recommended!
