Took the car in because another provider failed to resolve noise from fan belts. Got immediate attention, and fast service. Mechanic showed me the part that was causing the problem, and explained what it did. Replaced it and solved problem. Showed me the part after the repair as well. It was falling apart. Said harmonic balancers often go out after 100,000 miles.
