Awning Service
Mr. Joe Wong made 3 visits (50 miles each way) to measure, quote, install, and adjust two 8x10 retractable awnings. Total cost was $1,500. All appointments were prompt. After the first rain I found the awning not fully draining away from the house. Joe came out to adjust it free of charge. The fabrics are guaranteed for 7 years. It's over 5 years in to it and I'm still happy with the cost and service. I can have the fabrics replaced for a fraction of the price later. For the same price, I could have only mail ordered hardware via Costco and try to install it myself. I wouldn't recommend this unless you really know where and exactly how to anchor such massive structure to the house frame.
