He did good work and I was happy with him. He gave an estimate, landlord was happy with the estimate and so he came and did the work. He fixed the water heater as the water went out because of the sink and then he had to do with the water heater setting in as it was old it was letting out clog in and everything, The water eventually stopped running to the bathroom sink. Then the flush in the water heater was very little so I used to get very little water. They tried to drain first as that was the initial problem then again we had the same problem a month after that apparently the heater had to be replaced as it was clogging in. He cleaned the plumbing and also put a water heater.
