I highly recommend this company. They gave an accurate quote over the phone, called a day before to confirm my appt (2 hour window) and Rolando and Jose came right on time. They finished in an hour and did an amazing job. I like that they will install a mount you purchased somewhere else.

Mainly, the reviews for them are all good so that's why I used them. The work that they did was pretty good. The pricing was really good.

They gave us an ETA of 5 so I left work early to wait for them but they called to say they were stuck in traffic and didn't show up till about 10 after 7. They did originally give us an ETA of 5-7 so I guess I can understand but they shouldn't have initially called to say they would be showing up at 5. I was almost ready to leave when they finally rang our doorbell. Other than that, they worked neatly and were done in about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. They brought a shop vac to pick up any mess they left. My husband was very pleased with the work.

They were extremely prompt in returning my phone calls and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. They showed up promptly and did a great job mounting the TVs. All the cables and wiring were hidden and they did a fantastic job in reconnecting all our devices. They were also good about cleaning up after the installation.

I had a wonderful experience with Pro TV Mount. Originally, I thought this was going to be a straightforward project, but it turned out to be far more challenging. I called to make an appointment; the owner and his partner came as scheduled. After examining the attic space and my request to hide all the cabling, they said it would be tough, but they would do it. Two hours later, it was completed! I was really impressed with their diligence and professionalism. Frankly, I thought it would be more expensive considering the amount of work they had to do. I highly recommend Pro TV Mount and will use them again!

When I arranged for the service I stated I desired to have wiring placed on floor and not be seen. I purchased all the wiring and components to be used to hide wiring. None of this was used. The TV is hung too low, the wiring is everywhere and the speakers were placed hanging on the wall It is the most tacky looking installation I have seen.
additionally, they wanted a check for $529.00, which they promptly cashed so our recourse is limited. I will go to small claims court to obtain a refund of our money. The quote over the phone was $279.00 or with wiring would be $379.00. To say we are unhappy is an understatement.. I do not know what we paid for that is the difference in the quote and the final price. The service person was here, according to my husband, for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hour.

"Job performed on Wednesday October 5th, 2011 We at Pro TV Mount try to do the best job possible to please our customers. In this particular case, the customer was not home, her husband was there to greet us. He is the person who told us what they wanted from the installation. The original quote of $279 was for the TV install only. No mention of additional surround sound was made to us over the phone. The extra work was quoted and agreed upon by the husband prior to starting the job. He was more than satisfied with the work and mentioned nothing to the contrary. The following day (Thursday) we called the customer as is customary, to follow up that everything was satisfactory. Our receptionist spoke with the member who was the original person who booked the appointment. She stated she was not happy with the placement of the television and felt it was too high for her taste and she also had an issue with the visible cable which was the power cord that plugs directly into the wall. This complaint is actually very common in our business and many couples disagree with TV height placement. We told her we would gladly return to adjust the height and cable. She was unable to schedule with us at the moment and said she would return our call later. Friday the 7th, we still had not heard from the member. We called again to try and schedule her for a return service call, she stated she would call back again because she was very busy at work. We received no calls from her that day and were swurprised to see this review posted on Monday the 9th after we did our best to try and remedy the situation. No further contact was made to our business by the customer."

I called on a Tuesday and spoke to a very knowledgeable lady on the phone. She described all my options and prices in detail. I got an appointment for the following Saturday at 10 AM. I could have gotten an appointment sooner, but I didn't have availability in my schedule.
On Saturday morning, they arrived at 10 AM sharp. George came in and inspected the space and the TV. He went over the prices as discussed including addtional HDMI cables (which are reasonably priced). The installation took about 90 minutes and looks terrific. I used their mounting bracket which was reasonably priced. They were able to run all the cables in the wall without notching out any drywall. They showed me how to tilt and slide the bracket and made sure that all the components were connected properly. They cleaned and vacuumed the work area and took all their own trash. The cost was exactly as promised when I first made the appointment.
I am 100% satisfied and will definitely use them again. I've seen a few friends do their own mounting and it usually looks terrible (crooked or off-center), and is not worth the time involved to do it yourself.

I can't remember when I have been so thoroughly satisfied with any product or professional service! Maybe because my first estimate from someone else was over 4 times what Pro TV Mount quoted and charged. Right from the first phone call with Sales rep Ann to installer Enoc's job completion; I was completely impressed. Maybe it was because Enoc Gomez and his assistant Ricardo were the epitome of true professionals. Super polite, detail oriented, arriving on time, worked steadily; finished the job to my specs in just over 3 hours. We discussed the advantages of the mounting hardware he selected compared to competitors'. They didn't make any mess. Assistant Ricardo had the vacuum under Enoc's drilling. He explained what he was doing along the way. He showed me how to use my new equipment. What else can I say? In today's world of hucksters who claim they know but then find out they are just talk... - this organization is a breath of fresh air! The best! I'd recommend them to anyone anywhere, anytime!

Was able to call and set up appointment for a saturday just a few days before; showed up on time; completed installation in about 30 minutes. Spent a lot of that time making sure the tv was hung exactly where i wanted it. Also cleaned up very well. Would def use again.

Mr. Gomez arrived promptly for the installation, he and his worker were extremely professional, answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information regarding how to care for the television mount that I had selected. Once the television was mounted, he gave me a demonstration of how to reposition the television and how to use additional features of the mount. The installation took approximately 45 minutes and he and his worker disposed of all of the packing materials before they left. I would definitely recommend this company to friends as I was extremely satisfied with their product and their installation skills.

I searched around the web for an inexpensive but reliable company to mount my TV above my fireplace. They used a stud finder to find the studs, installed the tilting mount that I provided, and cut holes in the wall to hide the cables. They attached 4 HDMI cables, component audio/video cables, an optical audio out, and RCA audio cables for my wireless headphones. After finishing, they cleaned up after themselves and tested all of the equipment to make sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely use them again!
