Very unpleasant. Contractor must be watched like a hawk constantly. Work did not meet architectural drawings. Unless unequivocally specified in writing that the materials must meet a minimum standard (e.g., redwood for a wood fence), Perry will use the cheapest wood yet charge as if it were redwood. Huge turnover in his personnel and his subcontracts universally cannot stand the man professionally or personally. At our structure, he used 3 different gutter companies, and the workmanship is shoddy at best. We would never use Premier or Perry again, and we have been asked by numerous friends and neighbors for a referral to our contractor, and we flatly refuse every time because there is no quality in his work.
