garage doors
 + -1 moreThe quoted price was $1295; they said I could not repair the garage door opener but had to buy a whole new unit. They also said my garage door was too heavy for the tracks and that it had to be fixed; it was a danger. The guy was just a shyster; he was making stuff up just to make more money. They told me misinformation and tried to upsell it. I did not use this company but used another one that could replace the motor and not replace the whole unit. The company I used also told me the door tracks were fine.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Preferred Door Service for garage door service.
