Job was good.

Didn't use this Home Depot

They always have everything I need and if I have any questions they always find somebody to help me.

Do not go there for vertical blinds.

The job went okay, but delayed by rain. They got it done in a week once it started.

They removed the wood framing on the exterior of the house around the windows when I specifically wrote in the contract not to do that. They would not repair it, saying they can't do that kind of work (Come on, it's the Home Depot!), and they insisted that their window wrapping was the only way to do it. I was ready to go to court. We finally settled with a discount and reimbursement for me to hire another company (San Gabriel Sash and Door) to restore the wood. It was an experience that went on for months. NEVER buy windows from Home Depot and have them install them.

Wrong size water heater was delivered, however Home Depot was responsive in getting the correct one delivered. Installation was not completed because it would require drilling a new hole in retaining wall and I didn't want to do it. Installer was helpful and professional.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY DID EVERYTHING AND CLEANED EVERYTHING. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEY WERE PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICE.

I PROBABLY WOULDN'T USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I FOUND SOMEONE CHEAPER AFTERWARDS. GENERALLY, IT WAS FINE. THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD.

THE COMPANY CAME IN AND LAID DOWN THE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOUSE, WHICH WAS DONE AND OVER WITH PRETTY FAST. I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A "B-" AS FAR AS OVERALL EXPERIENCE. IT'S REALLY HARD TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE. EVEN IN THE STORE I HAD TO WAIT A LONG TIME TO SPEAK TO A SALES MAN TO GET THE INSTALL COMPLETE.

ANYTIME YOU DEAL WITH WAREHOUSES THEY ARE NOT THE SMARTEST. QUALITY, PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS GOOD. THEY SEND CONTRACT PEOPLE OUT TO DO THE WORK. THEY WERE FINE EXCEPT EVERY TIME YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEY GIVE YOU A LARGE WINDOW.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, BECAUSE HE COULD HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE MINOR REPAIRS NEEDED, AND NOT SAID ANYTHING. I WOULD GLADLY USE THE HOME DEPOT FOR OTHER SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN THREE DAYS, LESS TIME THAN WE ANTICIPATED. THEIR SERVICE WAS REALLY GOOD AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I LIKE HOW THE JOB CAME OUT. I'M NOT REALLY THAT GREAT TO INSTALL THINGS. I HIRED THEM AND THEY DID A AWESOME JOB. I ACTUALLY RECOMMENDED THEM TO SOME OF MY CLOSE FRIENDS.

THE INSTALLER DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE CORRECT TOOLS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE, THIS DELAYED THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THE JOB DID GET DONE, BUT NOT IN A TIMELY MANNER.
