David demolished the entire kitchen knocked down one wall and built a new kitchen. All cabinets ($ extra) and appliances are new (except dishwasher). All new fixtures, new lights, outlets per new building codes. New laminated hardwood floor and paint whole condo. New shower in master bathroom, with new exhausted fan. Two new toilets and exhausted fans. Bring in new gas lines for kitchen stove and dryer. New tiles in kitchen and shower. The project started in Oct 2013 and finished March 2014. Permit ($ 2300) from city are extra.
David put everything he was going to do in contract with the cost so you can see.
What was in the contract he would do it. If you want to add anything later on just let him know and he would accommodate, sometimes with no extra charge. Make sure you know the scope and detail of work you want him to do and let him know.
He is responsible and very reliable.
